The Happiness Club is an online membership that provides practical tools, daily strategies and ongoing support to help people look after their mental wellbeing in everyday life.
The focus is on simple techniques that can be used regularly — not just when things feel difficult, but as part of everyday routines. Many people find it helpful to have regular encouragement, structure and support to keep moving forward.

About the Happiness Club
The Happiness Club was founded by Jo Robinson-Howarth, an Advanced Hypnotherapist, speaker and author with a degree in Psychology and a Diploma in Mindfulness.
Jo created the Happiness Club to help people develop practical skills to manage emotions, build resilience and improve confidence in everyday life. She also designed the Happiness Club trainer courses and programmes that I am trained to deliver.
Her approach focuses on simple, consistent strategies that people can use daily to support their mental wellbeing.
My connection to the Happiness Club
I first discovered the Happiness Club as a member myself. The tools and approach helped me take responsibility for my own wellbeing and gave me the confidence to make important changes in my life — including fulfilling my long-standing goal of becoming a business owner.
I was one of the early trainers within the Happiness Club and remain an active member and trainer today. I still use many of the tools myself, both personally and in my work with individuals, schools and organisations.
Jo also trained me in hypnotherapy, helping me understand how the practical tools used within the Happiness Club connect with the 1:1 work I now deliver.
What membership includes
Members have access to:
- daily practical strategies to support mental wellbeing — one day, one strategy at a time
- monthly live masterclasses and guided meditation sessions
- community support and expert guidance
- access to a library of recordings and resources
- simple techniques to help manage thoughts, emotions and everyday challenges
When people feel supported and understood, making positive changes often becomes easier.
Who it may be helpful for
The Happiness Club may be helpful if you:
- want ongoing support for your wellbeing
- are looking for practical tools you can use day to day
- want to build confidence and resilience
- would like support without committing to 1:1 sessions
- want to maintain progress after completing other work
Some people join as a starting point. Others use membership alongside workshops or after completing 1:1 work.
How this fits with my work
Alongside my own workshops and 1:1 work, I introduce people to the Happiness Club and support members to apply what they learn in real life.
Throughout the year, I also run short online challenges and group sessions focused on specific groups — for example teachers, business owners or professionals managing busy workloads.
These sessions provide a practical starting point and often help people decide whether membership is right for them.
